Sounds interesting.

Mel, can I have your Bindhi curry recipe? : ) I would like to try okra ONE LAST TIME. Since I love Indian food, maybe I will like it that way!

JyotsnaIndiamommyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13743441969698588715noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7427267.post-1126790572690912812005-09-15T06:22:00.000-07:002005-09-15T06:22:00.000-07:00Hi Aim! I went to our little farmer's market in Pinole last weekend and we picked up some okra too (I always think of you when I see okra since I didn't eat it much until you came along ;). So last night I made a Bindi Masala, which also uses onions and we used tomatoes from our garden for it too. Hubby said it was the best Bindi Masala he ever had. I *must* share this Indian cookbook with you, best recipes ever.

Oh! My favorite new way to eat beets is in a salad, with goat cheese. The saltiness and creaminess of the cheese really brings out the sweetness and earthiness of the beets. :PMelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02547151733051248361noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7427267.post-1126748494865155912005-09-14T18:41:00.000-07:002005-09-14T18:41:00.000-07:00Tomato, basil, onions--I'm thinking pasta sauce :)...Tomato, basil, onions--I'm thinking pasta sauce :)Running2Kshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13115141360927156245noreply@blogger.com
