If this sounds right to you, and you are sure your little guy is ready, then I wish you the very best!

The one thing I would say at this point, is be flexible to Aiden as much as you can.

JyotsnaIndiamommyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13743441969698588715noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7427267.post-1144380472885055862006-04-06T20:27:00.000-07:002006-04-06T20:27:00.000-07:00I'm glad you have come to a decision that feels go...I'm glad you have come to a decision that feels good for you and that you will continue to p/t nurse for the next few months. :)
Just a heads-up (not meant to try to scare you or anything but just so you are aware), the children of a couple of my friends who weaned (at 5 1/2 months) or cut back significantly on nursing (at 2 years) got quite a few more illnesses than usual during that time. I know Aidan's been a healthy boy and who's to say if that will happen with him, but just is something to keep in mind that it may happen. You could always look into a homeopathic immune booster to help him out as you make the transition too.Crunchy Domestic Goddesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04546426544439507593noreply@blogger.com
