My portion control breakfast
This is what I just now ate. The beauty of homemade food is that you can make them any size you want to. I love scones, and I've gotten really good at making them, but they have a full stick of real butter in each batch, except I use buttermilk instead of cream, of course. So I made them into half their normal size and with it, I have my homemade yogurt made from 2% milk and a touch of honey. Oh and I start with half caff coffee, and have another cuppa decaf after that. My previous post said I make everything from scratch, and you can see that it is indeed true!
